that's really..piss me off.. look like match fixing. at least better show some respect to their country and fans. Playing football doesn't mean won or lose only but also entertaining too. If you thinking, saving energy for next match? Let's see, how they going to beat Vietnam and Thailand. No way!!! and you know too. Yes, we are happy laos can pass through to semi-final. Host country always got advantages if compare with other country. But i don't understand about Singapore, They came to play football or what? I don't think so. they (esp. coach) are caring big bonus from Singapore government. I really shame on them. This is big game for all south east asia countries, all the ppl are expecting a lot for every match. Fairly and Skillfully, so we can see which team is different with last time. how they developed? That match (laos-singapore) made me angry a lot. i took day off to watch the game with friends. but everyone was quiet after game is over. i don't know..i can not speak..i not dare to watch other ppl's face. but simply sure that wasn't what we wanted.
I understand about the anger of other teams in group B, Myanmar in particular. If you ever played football, you'll understand the reason both team play with extra cautions because neither team want to lose. Both teams want to advance that the main point. Other teams would do the same, given the same circumstances. I'm sure both coaches of Laos and Singapore want their teams to advance. I'm sure both coaches drawn out their game plan for the players. I too want to see an attacking football game, but I don't get angry at the result or the way the game played out. I got up at 4:30 A.M. that morning just to watch that game, and after the game I had to go straight to work. I've played organized football ever since I was in 8th grade, and been to the world cup and olympic games. The result between Laos and Singapore match is very common for the teams that are already qualifed. Maybe the SEAGAME officials need to rethink about staging the football matches in a way that everyone would be happy, or fair.
Myanmar not work hard? 100% correct. They used to always won to laos and they thinking laos is very easy for them, so they didn't prepare well and that's why they are out..I'm happy about it. Myanmar deserves it.
Laos - Singapore Match is really suck. We all understand about laos. but Singapore even they lost, they can pass to next round (just my understanding if sorry if wrong) but they didn't play well and just passing the ball to each other. You know, we all are waiting to watch big this match since 3 hours before under hot weather at the stadium. We all spend a lot of money for ticket and foods at least times. Yes, Most of the fans were shouting like Boo... when second match started. We just need some respect. We all know, which country is what standard. So no need to explain or show references.
You can not cheat at the semi, anyways, Laos is first time again in so many year at semi state and singapore kids dont' have experience. So, we all understand, why did they play this ways.
